Who is Lattica best suited for?
We work primarily with team leads, operations managers, and HR leaders at organisations that have some experience running distributed or hybrid teams but feel the coordination isn't quite right yet. If your team is entirely new to remote work, we can still help — we'd just begin with the basics.
How long does each engagement take?
The Remote Ways-of-Working Session runs across roughly one week including the preparation call and follow-up summary. The Workflow Review typically takes two to three weeks. The Operating Model Roadmap is a multi-week programme — scope is discussed at the start and shaped around your organisation's availability.
Do we need to travel to Kuala Lumpur?
No — all of our work is delivered remotely. This matters to us as a practice focused on distributed teams: we wouldn't ask you to fly in for sessions we can run just as well over video. For the Operating Model Roadmap, some clients prefer one in-person day if they're based in Kuala Lumpur, but it's entirely optional.
What do we get at the end of an engagement?
Every engagement includes a written output — a working-agreements summary, an improvement plan, or a full roadmap with a leader's guide depending on the service. These are designed to be shared internally without needing us to present them.
What are the payment terms?
We invoice in Malaysian Ringgit. The Ways-of-Working Session is billed upfront. For the Workflow Review and Operating Model Roadmap, we typically split into an upfront portion and a completion payment. We'll confirm terms clearly before starting.
Is our internal information kept confidential?
Yes. We treat everything your team shares with us as confidential. We don't reference clients publicly without their agreement, and we're happy to work under a mutual NDA if that's important to your organisation.
